Payment of Goods All payments are routed through PayPal UK. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. All merchandise must be paid in full before despatch.
Returns Any returns, errors, damages or omissions must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of items. If reported after those 5 days, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.
We will only accept returns that are authorised by White Light Enterprises UK in writing, generally consisting of an email. Any unauthorised returns will be charged an administrative and restocking fee of 20% of the order total. This figure can reflect a significant amount of money, so please be sure that we authorise your return.
We will only accept returns on damaged or faulty merchandise. If an item is returned as faulty you may elect for a replacement or a refund if the cost amounts to more than £10.00. We require the faulty item to be returned to us in the original packaging for inspection at the customer''s expense. Claims will only be entertained if the item is received in good as new condition (with the exception of the reported fault), in the original packaging and we have been advised of said fault, within the 5 day time frame.
All return shipping costs are made at the customer's own expense. Due care must be taken to ensure they arrive safely back with us,and we advise at least using Recorded Delivery to ensure the items can be tracked.
Due to Health & Hygiene Laws we can not accept returns for earrings or any items that may penetrate the skin, unless they are faulty. For orders damaged during transit please read the Shipping section below.
Shipping VAT is charged at 20% on all items shipped within the UK. VAT is chargeable on the entire order after shipping and any other costs have been added. Prices on the website do NOT include VAT.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying their own State and local taxes. They are also responsible for ensuring they do not import any item prohibited in their region and/or country. Any and all issues regarding customs charges, taxation or issues with the relevant authorities in the purchaser's country is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
